Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is due in cash to our courier when your order is delivered.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once delivered, our Returns policy explains how exchanges and refunds are handled.

Kilkari is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
